Hopeless - The phone looks good, but using it is not quite so easy as the instructions are not very helpful or concise. The ringing tones are quite frankly a joke! and so loud they make your ears bleed, this phone is good for a deaf person. Navigating a phone is hard and annoying as you have to keep going back the menu system and its very slow to use. So to sum up, look around for...

Good while it lasted, but... - This was pretty comfortable, fitted well even with glasses but after a few months the recharging became increasingly difficult. After a full charge it just wouldnt turn back on and it needed sometimes 4 or 5 little charges before I could get it to switch on. Very frustrating. It's now in th bin. Sadly....

Preferred the previous model. - Before this I had the HS810 which 14 has stopped working after 14 happy months, forcing me to buy a new one, this HS820. The HS820 is just £19.99 from where I bought it whereas 14 months ago the HS810 cost £70 so prices have come down hugely but so has costs. This will be because the 820 lacks the fold down mouth piece which takes the microphone closer to your mouth...

Fairly robust - My children haven't wrecked it yet which is more than I can say for the last phone I had. The only problem I find with it is that the volume in the earpiece is not usually loud enough, and setting 'boost' on the volume during a call helps a but but not enough....

Wont pair with a Nokia 6230i phone - I bought this phone and although I could find it via search it wouldnt pair with my a Nokia 6230i, took it back and tried again however the second one wouldnt pair either, however it would pair with a Nokia 6230 phone, so be warned it may one be compatible with all Nokia phones...
