Hopeless - The phone looks good, but using it is not quite so as the instructions are not very helpful or concise. The ringing tones are quite frankly a joke! and make loud they make your ears bleed, this phone is good for a deaf person. AVOID THIS PHONE - This phone is absolutely awful. I was supposed to be "up-grading" my phones at home which are old BT Freelance phones However the BT phones puts the Motorola to shame and you can pick them up for about a tenth of the price.
