Awkward to use and unreliable - I have had this printer for about two weeks weeks and am disappointed by it - perhaps be expected of a printer that comes at paper £20. When it does print it works well, and the pages look good quality, but it seems incapable of printing anything without at least three pop-up messages and a paper jam. Poor value - Re-manufactured cartridges have on average 17ml of ink compared to HP's 5ml and cost a little less. Have used both and found no difference in print quality - even on photographic paper. Try a company called Phoenix....
